"Chilled Cheese Cake "
10 pcs digestive biscuit - crushed
50g butter
Pre Note : Mixed , compress in the tin and chilled
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
250g cream cheese
1/2 cup caster sugar
Note A : beat until soft
3 tea spoon gelatin
1/2 cup hot water
Note B : disolved until gelatin clear
1/3cup whipping cream
2 tea spoons lemon juice
Note C : whip
1/2 cup orange juice + Vitagen Orange Drink + Cranberry
Note D : whip

Conclusion : Combine A+B+C+D & pour onto the chilled base. chill again before EAT!
