Chinese New Year Grand Dinner 2011


This is the first dinner of Chinese Lunar Calendar Year - RABBIT.
I have prepared a lot of different types of vegitable cooking.

This is most famous local dish - MA LAI FENG KUANG (马来风光), it is fried with Empty Heart Vegi by a local Sambal souce.

This is a typical Chinese Vegi Cook called - Lo Hai Cai (罗汉斋)

This is another type of Malaysian Chinese Favourite Vegi cuisine - Vegi Heart with Can Pork (罐头红烧猪肉炒菜心).

Haa! This is what my favourite dish - ES Fried Chicken (Look Dark but delicious!)

This is my wife's dinner presentation - Tui Chew Steam Fish. The taste is much better than what I have cooked yesterday...heee!
